Franchisee Business Supervisors Required:

Are you looking to grow into Multi Unit Supervision?
We are looking for current operators of high volume QSR restaurants who want to grow in multi unit supervision.

You must be resident in Regina, Winnipeg, Thunder Bay or Toronto and you must be able to travel. You must have a valid driver?s license with a clean abstract.

You are a leader who is self-motivated, has excellent organizational skills and has the ability to multi-task and to prioritize. You must be a people person who is customer focused, has good communicative skills both written and verbal and excellent interpersonal skills.

You are also a team player who has worked within a corporate structure.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office and you are skilled with point of sale systems. You have experience in growing sales while managing costs and growing profit.

You take an entrepreneurial approach to building sales. You will be responsible for overseeing a designated area/territory, liaising, motivating and mentoring existing operators aiming to improve and maintain the highest standards in their locations.
